How to choose size?
Wen shoes are unisex,the size option is for CHN size,if you wear US Mens or Womens size,please convert your size into CHN size by measuring the foot length.Choose a size larger than the actual cm measurement for FAT feet or you prefer to wear more loose.

Water proof Paint?
Yes water proof paint is used. You can wear the shoes in rainy days and wash them, DO NOT brush the paint heavily or use washing machine. Keep shoes away from high temperature.

Where are the shoes?
These hand painted shoes will shipped from China in 5 business days since you pay.Free standard shipping to US via ePacket,usually arrives in 7-14 days.Expedited shipping to US via FedEx will charge additional freight,usually arrives in 3-5 days.If the shoes are gifts please contact about the deadline you need so we will give priority to your order.

Is return accepted?
Yes, return and exchange of unworn shoes in 7 days since arrival are accepted. We pay for the freight only if there's quality flaw. You will pay freight if you choose wrong size; and over-spray is normal in hand painting, it's not included in quality flaw. After receive shoes, we will refund you or exchange for you ASAP.
